HARVEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERS: We accept orders only from those in the Landscape and Nursery Trade. We reserve the right to accept and process orders from customers whose accounts are current.

TERMS: All sales are cash in advance unless approved credit terms have been established. Terms are Net 30 days for all accounts with established credit terms. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts.

PRICES: All prices are wholesale and based on present market conditions which may change without notice. Terms are F.O.B. Havenyield Tree Farm, LLC, Jones, Oklahoma or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

MINIMUM ORDER: The minimum acceptable order amount is $2,500.

CANCELLATIONS: Havenyield Tree Farm, LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price for failure of purchaser to take delivery of a Harvested & Confirmed Order. Any cancellation received after; (A) Material has been harvested and/or (B) January 31, may be subject to this charge.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & CONFIRMATION PROCESS

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Upon receipt of your order an ‘Acknowledgement’ will be processed and sent to you for your approval. The ‘Acknowledgement’ must be signed and returned before we can process your order. Product will only be reserved after receipt of your signed ‘Acknowledgement’.

CONFIRMATION: After ‘Acknowledgement’ has been received your order will then be processed and a ‘Confirmation’ will be sent. This should be signed and returned as soon as possible. We would like to use your requested shipping date as part of our ‘Confirmation’ process. Please indicate on your returned ‘Confirmation’ an estimate of the time period you would like your order to be shipped. We will make every effort (weather & crop permitting) to comply with your shipment date request.
